In addition to cutting rock wool , the machine is equipped to cut many various materials such as polyurethane, sponge, EPS, XPS, glass wool, etc. Not limited to this, if you want it to be suitable for any material you want to cut, it is made suitable for the material you want to cut by making changes on the machine by commissioning our additive manufacturing technology.
Thanks to the automatic systems of the machine, you can stop and start the machine during your cutting process. At the same time, the machine automatically adjusts the wire tension thanks to the pneumatic bar adjustment it contains. Working together with the blowing system, it automatically performs the wire cooling and cleaning process itself.
RAPIDEX60 The rock wool cutting machine has 4 fiber-covered double-channel pulleys. This feature provides support to the machine in terms of durability. In order to prevent the sound coming from the pulleys, the machine minimizes the sound during cutting thanks to the sound insulation system that protects the pulleys.
